VATA Brasil is proud to announce a signed agreement to design, manufacture and distribute a new yoga-inspired line of clothing in partnership with Besos Enterprises Ltd., exclusively for Bikram Yoga Vancouver.
Named LP Studio Line after Bikram Yoga Vancouver's owner Lisa Pelzer, the new line is designed in VATA Brasil's Vancouver studio and blends the label's signature Brasilian flair, cuts and colours with Pelzer's expertise and understanding in yoga practice.
"People who practice Bikram yoga are very demanding of their clothing and have very unique needs," said Lisa Pelzer, owner and director of Bikram Yoga Vancouver. "VATA Brasil and its designs are exactly the product we've wanted for our licensor company, Besos Enterprises. "Given the popularity of yoga world-wide, this kind of label can have tremendous impact and appeal, all based from the Vancouver studios of VATA Brasil and Besos Enterprises."
"We're very proud of our design work for the new LP Studio Line," said Daniel Langevin, Chief Operating Officer, VATA Brasil. "We've maintained the VATA Brasil look and feel of our clothing, but tailored it to a brand new user and market so that it specifically meets their needs."
The LP Studio Line will be designed from VATA Brasil's OneFit(TM) ten-way stretch fabric. OneFit creates a tailored, custom fit for every wearer, allowing for maximum movement and flexibility.
The launch of the VATA Brasil's OneFit line comes as Bikram Yoga Vancouver prepares to welcome Ren Soriano, a senior teacher and faculty member at the Bikram's Yoga College of India World Headquarters in Los Angeles and who was awarded the honour to conduct yoga seminars by his guru and yoga master, Bikram Choudhury. Soriano will conduct an advanced one-day seminar locally as well as lead classes at four other Metro Vancouver studios in the days ahead of his Saturday, August 2nd visit.
